30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and uninstalled

In its original packaging

Complete with all included parts and accessories

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of installation, use, modification, grease, or damage may not be eligible for return.
Fitment & Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that the part is compatible with their vehicle before purchasing.
We recommend verifying compatibility using:

Vehicle make, model, and year

OEM part numbers when available
Returns may not be accepted for incorrect fitment if the item shipped matches the product description.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, including incorrect item ordered or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must still be returned:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
