Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method at checkout.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local (Philippines): 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, location, and external factors.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics providers
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees
  • We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect details

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you when possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.


International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to legal or courier limitations.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.
